Order your replacement SIM

If your SIM card becomes damaged, you lose it, or you need another one to fit a new device, you can order a new SIM for your existing amaysim number under Replace my SIM in My amaysim - click Order a replacement and select your delivery option.

Activating your replacement SIMis easy! Simply return to Replace my SIM in My amaysim, select Activate my replacement SIM and enter your 13-digit SIM card number - this will swap your existing amaysim number onto the new SIM.
