PAYING FOR YOUR PLAN
Whether you’re about to sign up to amaysim or are an existing customer, there are a number of ways you can pay for your service, including a credit/debit card (we accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX), PayPal or amaysim recharge vouchers.
For the sake of convenience, we recommend paying using a credit/debit card or PayPal, as this allows your plan to recharge automatically at the end of its expiry period, or whenever you’re low on credit.
Paying using a credit/debit card
To add credit/debit card details to your account, follow these simple steps:
- If you’re using the amaysim app, swipe up from the home screen and select ‘Manage your plan’.
- Select ‘Change your payment method’, then ‘Set up credit card’.
- Follow the prompts to enter your card details and complete your authorisation.
Paying using PayPal
- If you’re using the amaysim app, swipe up from the home screen and select ‘Manage your plan’.
- Select ‘Change your payment method’, then ‘Use PayPal’.
- You’ll be directed to log in to PayPal.
Follow the prompts to enter your account details and complete your authorisation.
Note: If you’re a new customer, when you place an order, amaysim will perform a $1 pre-authorisation check to verify that your payment details have been entered correctly. This will appear as a pending transaction on your account. This is not a charge, and the $1 will be released back to your account within 10 days.
Paying using an amaysim recharge voucher
amaysim vouchers can be purchased from a range of retail stores, including Coles, Woolworths, Australia Post, 7-Eleven and many more. If you’re a new customer, you will also need to purchase an amaysim SIM with your voucher.
