How do I replace my current amaysim SIM?

Quick answer

If your SIM card becomes damaged, you lose it, or you need another one to fit a new device, you can order a new SIM under Replace SIM in My amaysim. Once here, click Order a replacement and select your delivery option (Standard delivery is FREE and should arrive within 2-7 days).

Once you’ve received your SIM in the mail, return to Replace SIM in My amaysim and select Activate my replacement SIM. This will swap your existing amaysim number onto the new SIM.

Order your replacement SIM

For those in metro Sydney and Melbourne, you can choose to have your SIM delivered via express delivery ($10) to receive your SIM via next day delivery.

Activating your replacement SIM

Once you've either received or purchased your replacement SIM, activating your replacement SIMis easy! Simply return to Replace SIM in My amaysim, select Activate my replacement SIM and enter your 13-digit SIM number - this will swap your existing amaysim number onto the new SIM.
