HOW TO FIND YOUR MOBILE ACCOUNT NUMBER

If you’re a postpaid customer, you may need to supply your account number if need to transfer your number to another provider. You’ll able to find this in the top right-hand corner of any bills that we’ve sent you.

For security reasons, we’re unable to provide account numbers over the phone or via chat.

Note:
If you’re a prepaid customer, you don’t have an account number. So, you won’t need to provide one if you need to transfer your number to another provider.
