HOW TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE

The quickest way to check your balance is by using the amaysim app, but you can also do this on My amaysim or by texting or calling from your amaysim number.
 

Checking your balance on the amaysim app

Just open the app and you’ll see your balance displayed on the home screen.
 

Checking your balance via My amaysim

Simply log in to My amaysim and open the ‘Plan’ page.
 

Checking your balance by SMS

Text ‘BAL’ to 568 from your amaysim number and you’ll receive a message straight back from us with your balance.
 

Checking your balance over the phone

Call 555 from your amaysim number, then press ‘1’ to hear your balance.
