When renewing your UNLIMITED or data-only plan, remember to purchase a credit voucher that's the same value as the plan you're trying to recharge.

E.G - If you want to recharge UNLIMITED 30GB, you'll need to purchase a $30 credit voucher, redeem the credit amount and add the plan you want.

1. SMS the 10-digit voucher code to 568
2. You'll receive a reply SMS from amaysim with instructions on how to use the voucher credit to add one of our popular unlimited mobile plans.
3. Please follow these instructions and reply to the message you receive - this will ensure the voucher credit is used to add your mobile plan.
4. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm your purchase.

1. Click Recharge Voucher on the Plan page in My amaysim, enter the 10-digit voucher number and continue
2. You will get an option on how you would like to apply the voucher.
3. Choose between the options and click confirm.
