Recharge your UNLIMITED or data-only plan
Automatic recharge (auto-renew)
If you link a Credit/Debit card, PayPal or your bank account to your UNLIMITED or data-only plan, your plan will recharge automatically every 28 days. . To find out when your plan will next renew, simply text BAL to 568, or login to the amaysim app or My amaysim.
What if my plan payment declines?
If your plan payment declines and you need to re-add your previous plan - please check your payment method is ready to be charged. You'll then be able to re-add your plan through My Plan in the amaysim app or Manage plan in My amaysim.
If you need to update your current payment details before re-adding your plan, here's what you'll need to do.
Used up your data?
If you've run out of data part way through your plan period, we recommend adding extra data if you need it. You can top up your data by sending a free SMS with TOP1GB from your amaysim mobile number to 568, via the amaysim app, or by logging in to My amaysim.
You cannot recharge your plan early for a fresh 28-day period. However, if you want to move to a bigger plan, you can do this at any time and your new plan will kick in right away.
Reharge using vouchers
Recharge your additional amaysim credit
If you've linked a Credit/Debit card, PayPal or your bank account to your amaysim service, you can recharge your credit at any time, simply use one of the options below:
- Text TOP followed by your recharge amount to 568 e.g. TOP10 for a $10 recharge (you can recharge in amounts of $10, $20, $30, $40 or $50);
- Log in to the amaysim app, swipe up on the home screen and click add credit; or
- Click Add Credit on the Plan page in My amaysim
Once you add credit, it will extend the expiry period for any credit on the account for a fresh 365 days.
Recharge using vouchers
If you prefer to recharge using vouchers, simply purchase the recharge voucher you require and then redeem your voucher via SMS, app or My amaysim.
