Here’s how you can pay online for your amaysim service, regardless of whether you’re Prepaid or Postpaid.

Paying for your amaysim service online is faster, easier and more convenient than having to hassle around for a voucher every time your plan expires or you run out of credit. Once you set up online payment, whether that’s with a credit card, via direct debit or PayPal, you can just sit back and enjoy your amaysim service without any interruptions – as long you’ve got enough money in your account to pay for your plan.

Pay online using:

  • Credit or debit card – this is the quickest and easiest way to pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • PayPal – linked to your credit or debit card, this is also a great way to pay for your amaysim service.
  • Direct debit – where payment is taken from a bank account that you link to your amaysim service (check out our blog on direct debit for instructions on how to do this)
  • BPAY – if you’re old-school you might be after this one, but remember it takes a while to process (three business days).

Keep in mind that payments will either come out before or after you use your service, depending on whether you have a prepaid or postpaid payment option. If you're prepaid, you'll make your payment at the start of your plan, which could help you to stay in control of your spend. If you're postpaid, you'll pay a monthly bill after you use your plan, so you'll never worry about running out. There's benefits to both!

If you want to change your payment option (prepaid/postpaid), just get in touch with us and we'll sort it out for you. Or if you have more questions on payment options, check out our FAQs on Billing & Payments.

If you’re Postpaid and you want to make a payment sooner than the due date, simply head to the Billing & Payments page in My amaysim and follow the prompts to make a payment using the credit or debit card linked to your amaysim service.

Want to change your current payment method?

You can do that on the Billing & Payments page.
