We understand that issues (such as product defects) can sometimes occur and all amaysim products are backed by a 2 Year Standard Care Warranty for total shopping confidence and peace of mind.
This means if your product is faulty, or encounters a defect you will be entitled to a replacement, or repair for any manufacturing defect during this warranty period.
Your product may contain warranty documents on, or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer of the product. Any such warranty documents have not been provided by amaysim, and are separate from the amaysim warranty.
Some warranty documents provided by manufacturers of imported goods may not apply in Australia. You should contact the manufacturer identified on the warranty document to determine whether or not the warranty applies to the goods in Australia and if so, how you can go about making a claim.
Our goods also come with certain guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that our goods are of acceptable quality.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for breach of a guarantee that is a major failure and may also be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Please ensure you back up your data prior to sending any mobile phone back to us for assessment. You should be aware that any assessment of a mobile phone may result in a loss or corruption of data. amaysim is not liable to you for loss or corruption of data or content during the repair or replacement of your item, unless a guarantee applies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or amaysim has been negligent.

Please contact us as soon as you become aware of a product that fails to function upon arrival so that we can attend to your claim immediately.
