How can I access my payment invoices?
After placing an order, order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address linked to your account.
If you need to access previous payment invoices, head to the Devices info section of My amaysim.
I’m not receiving updates for my order
A common reason for not receiving updates after placing an order is when the email address on your account is incorrect, you can update this through the Personal details tab in My amaysim.
If the issues persist after you’ve updated your email address, please contact us on Live Chat (or via email if out of hours) so we can investigate the issue further.
