If you’re still having issues after checking your balance, turn your device fully off and then switch it back on. Why can't I use my service?

There could be a number of reasons for not being able to use your service, however the most common reason is not having enough credit and you can check your balance using the amaysim app, My amaysim or by texting BAL to 568. If you’re unable to use your service after checking your balance, please turn your device off for at least one minute and then switch it back on - if this doesn't resolve things you'll need to head to our coverage hub to check if there’s a tower upgrade or maintenance work in your area.

My plan seems to have been disconnected - how can I get it back?

If you've linked a payment method to your account, simply choose one of the following options to get your plan back up and running:

  • Log in to the amaysim app and re-add your plan through the home screen;
  • Log in to My amaysim and head to Manage plan;
  • Or text the shortcut of your former plan to 568
