Why can't I use my service?
There could be a number of reasons for not being able to use your service, however the most common reason is not having enough credit and you can check your balance using the amaysim app, My amaysim or by texting BAL to 568. If you’re unable to use your service after checking your balance, please turn your device off for at least one minute and then switch it back on - if this doesn't resolve things you'll need to head to our coverage hub to check if there’s a tower upgrade or maintenance work in your area.
