WHY CAN’T I USE MY SERVICE?


If you find you’re unable to use your amaysim service, the first thing you should do is check that you have enough credit on your account.

If you’re still having trouble after checking your balance, try turning your device off for at least one minute then on again. If this doesn’t work, head to our coverage hub to check if there’s a coverage issue in your area.
 

How to check your balance

There are three quick and easy ways for you to do this:

  • On the amaysim app – just open the app and you’ll see your balance displayed on the home screen.
  • Via My amaysim – simply log in to My amaysim and open the ‘Plan’ page where you’ll see it displayed.
  • By SMS – text ‘BAL’ to 568 from your amaysim number and you’ll receive a message straight back from us with your balance.


How to recharge or restart your plan

If you've linked a payment method to your account, simply choose one of the following options to get your plan back up and running:

  • Log in to the amaysim app and re-add your plan by selecting the ‘Manage my plan’ option on the home screen.
  • Log in to My amaysim and re-add your plan by selecting the ‘Manage my plan’ option on the home screen.
  • Text the shortcut of your former plan to 568.
