Updating your payment details (SIM Plan)

Updating the payment details of your SIM plan is easy and can be done through the Payment method tab of My amaysim.

For a seamless way to manage your account, we recommend using a credit card/ debit card as these options means your plan can recharge automatically, without the need to lift a finger!

Note: When you update your credit/debit card details, amaysim will perform a $1 pre-authorisation check to verify that your credit card details have been entered correctly. This will appear as a pending transaction on your bank account. This is not a charge and the $1 will be released to your bank account within 10 days.

How can I update my payment details via My amaysim?

  1. Log in to My amaysim, select the SIM plan you wish to manage.
  2. Once logged in, head to the Payment Method tab and click change.
  3. From here, select your desired payment method through the dropdown menu and follow the prompts to update your details.

How can I update my payment details via amaysim app?

  1. Log in to your amaysim app, select the SIM Plan you wish to manage.
  2. From the options, click Manage your plan.
  3. Click Change your payment method and you will be directed to myamaysim.
  4. Click Change and select your desired payment method and follow the prompts.
