- Log in to My amaysim, select the SIM plan you wish to manage.
- Once logged in, head to the Payment Method tab and click change.
- From here, select your desired payment method through the dropdown menu and follow the prompts to update your details.
To update the payment details for your amaysim account, follow the steps below.
- Open the amaysim app and swipe up from the home screen.
- Swipe up from the home screen and select Manage your Plan
- Select Change your payment method and follow the prompts to update your details.
Note: When you update your credit/debit card details, amaysim will perform a $1 pre-authorisation check to verify that your card details have been entered correctly. This will appear as a pending transaction on your bank account. This is not a charge and the $1 will be released to your bank account within 10 days.
