AMAYSIM’S WARRANTY POLICY

All devices we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which can last as long as 24 months, but this varies with different manufacturers.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Law. These apply regardless of any manufacturer’s warranty and can apply after the manufacturer’s warranty has ended.

What to do if you want to process a warranty claim

If you’d like to inform us about a defective product you should get in touch via email at shop@amaysim.com.au or by calling us on 1300 808 300. You shouldn’t return your device until you’ve spoken to us first.

Please ensure that you provide us with all the relevant information regarding the defect so that we can assess it properly. Your claim will also need to be accompanied by proof of your purchase.
