HOW TO CHECK THE STAUS OF YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, which will normally be within 2-3 business days of your purchase, we’ll send you an email with all your tracking information. Once you’ve received this, you’ll be able to track the progress of your order and stay informed on when you can expect your delivery to arrive.

Your order will typically be delivered within 1-5 days if it’s being sent to a metro address, and within 3-5 days if you’re located in a more regional area.

 

Who can accept your order?

We will only accept the signature of the account holder or purchaser and will require you to provide photo identification when you receive your delivery. Here are the accepted forms of ID you can use:

  • Australian Driver's License
  • Australian Passport
  • Overseas Passport (in English)
  • State/ Territory-based Proof of Age card

 

Why do you need to provide ID?

Every device we send out comes with a SIM card by default. It is a legal requirement to present identification whenever purchasing, activating or receiving a SIM card in accordance with Australian law.

 

What to do if your order hasn’t arrived

If you’ve been waiting longer than the expected time frame for your delivery type to receive your order, you should contact us so that we can get things sorted for you.

Before you do so, please make sure that a missed delivery card wasn’t left for you and check to see if we’ve sent you an email or SMS regarding your order.
