Providing DIY tools to make owning a mobile as simple as possible is what keeps us ticking here at amaysim HQ.

We’re stoked to announce the release of our new Help section which’ll make finding all the answers you could ever need about your amaysim service even easier than before!

What’s changed?

Formerly known as ‘Help & Support’ our refreshed DIY support section is now referred to simply as Help, and has been redesigned to make finding the answers to all things amaysim hassle-free.

It’s super simple to navigate and we’ve added a tonne of new topics to ensure no matter what you’re looking for, you’ll be able to find it in a heartbeat. So you can get back to the finer things in life (like scrolling down your Instagram feed for hours on end whilst streaming Britney Spears’ greatest hits on Spotify).

We’ve also added some cool extra features like the Trending Topics section on the Help home page so you can stay on top of any recent changes to your amaysim service or questions most frequently asked by other customers.

Using the new Help section

Finding answers is now simpler than ever with our updated search functionality.

Just as you would use your go-to search engine (e.g. Google, AskJeeves.com, Bing…lol), type your query into the search bar and we’ll present you with a curated list of articles to help answer your question.

You can also navigate through the content manually – we’ve refreshed our categories to make it even easier to find what you’re looking for, simply choose the topic that best describes what you need help with:

You’ll then be taken to a list of articles on that particular topic. If your issue isn’t addressed within the article you’ve clicked, there’ll be a list of related support articles on the right-hand side of the page that should just give you what you’re looking for.

We’re pretty confident that you’ll find what you need in our new Help section, but if you ever find yourself stuck looking for answers then feel free to reach out to us on Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter, as our friendly support staff will be more than happy to lend a helping hand.

Over and out for now!
