We have some great news to kick off 2014. Thanks to our awesome amaysim team and the more than half a million Aussies who have switched to us, we’ve been named the number one telco in Australia in a recent report by industry analysts Telsyte.

According to the report, we’re leading the market in overall customer satisfaction, ranked #1 in key areas such as customer support, pricing, plans and excess usage notifications.

We’re pretty proud about this, considering we’ve only been around for three years and you are all part of this movement away from being locked-in to being empowered. To us this is the biggest possible motivator to try even harder.

amaysim is young and, even with such accolades, we’re still learning how to serve you better. At the heart of everything we do is our promise to be upfront. You want honesty, reliability and good deals. You also want problems fixed when they come up. Whenever you talk, we listen – and some of our greatest ideas for new initiatives have come from amaysim people like you.
