Unlike our normal orders that ship in 1-2 business days, your pre-order will ship just before the end of the pre-order period, please refer to your specific preorder product pagefor end dates and remember to factor in standard delivery times for your purchase to arrive. 

Preordering means that you will be among the first to be sent your device from amaysim. Preordering does not mean you will get your device before the launch date, however sometimes devices are shipped early if the manufacturer sends the stock to us and allows us to begin shipping earlier than expected.

Yes you cancel as per the standard process by contacting Customer Care.

If you are moving your number across to amaysim to buy this device, it will not start the port process until you initiate the move in the amaysim app.  You can initiate your port at any time in the amaysim app but we recommend waiting until you get your device and sim delivered. You can continue to use your old service until you start the port in APP.

No, all the phones are sold with a SIM plan.

You can cancel, change or downgrade the SIM plan anytime through the amaysim mobile app. Be aware that you won't receive any partial or full refund.

Once your order is confirmed and goods are in stock, deliveries to metropolitan areas typically arrive in 1-5 business days, and deliveries to most regional areas typically arrive in 3-5 business days. If goods are not in stock, we will notify you at the time of processing your order with an estimated delivery time.

Yes, all new phones will receive a new physical SIM by default. This may not be needed if you have opted to setup your service using eSIM. Please check your emails for setup instructions.
