Easter Streaming Guide

As restrictions in most parts of Australia continue to ease (Sorry Queensland), this year’s Easter break should allow us to mix and mingle with loved ones much easier in comparison to last year's #BubbleLife

With that said, I’m sure many of us are still planning to kick back indoors and watch some telly over the long weekend, while we tuck into those Easter treats. (PSA - Fruit hot cross buns are superior to their chocolate counterparts and no one can convince me otherwise).

Anyway, back to the topic at hand, Australia’s favourite streaming platforms have come with the goods, with tons of fresh content set to drop ahead of the Easter Holidays - here are some of the highlights:

Concrete Cowboy (02 April)

Idris Elba takes the lead in this father-son drama, which follows the story of a 15-year-old boy (Caleb McLaughlin) who's sent to live with his estranged father for the summer in a tight-knit Philadelphia community of Black cowboys.

Prank Encounters (01 April)

Host Gaten Matarazzo pulls the strings on a new season of elaborate pranks involving everything from haunted mansions to ancient burial grounds. Yikes!

Stan

Made For Love - Season One (April 01)

Starring Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond) and Cristin Milioti (How I Met Your Mother), Made For Love is a dark comedy that follows the story of a young woman on the run from her tech billionaire husband, who's implanted a monitoring device in her brain, allowing him to track her every move.

Look for the first three episodes of Made For Love to drop on Stan from April 1.

I Used To Go Here (April 01)

"I Used to Go Here" is an American comedy-drama film, written and directed by Kris Rey which captures the essence of what it means to be in your mid-30's when your childhood dreams haven't exactly panned out as you had hoped.
