Switching to online payments with amaysim

Here's two simple ways to switch to an online payment method and renew your amaysim mobile plan from the comfort of your own home.

Updating your details via the amaysim app
- Open the amaysim app (free for iOS & Android)
- Swipe up from the home screen and select Manage your Plan
- Select Change your payment method and follow the prompts to update your details.
Once your payment details have been added, click restart plan to re-add your usual 28-day mobile plan (select change plan if you want to try a new plan). This will charge the payment method that's been added to your account
Updating your details online via desktop/mobile:
- While the easiest way to update your payment details is via the amaysim app, you can also update your details online via your amaysim account.
- Log in to your account, select the SIM plan you wish to manage.
- Once logged in, head to the Payment Method tab and click change.
- From here, select your desired payment method through the dropdown menu.
Once your payment details have been added, click the Manage plan tab and then select your new plan - once you've confirmed your plan selection, we will charge the payment method that's been added to your account.
