We've busted the winter blues, by walking away with yet another amazing piece of customer recognition!
To bring you up to speed, we recently struck gold at the 2019 Canstar Blue Awards, taking home the gong for the most satisfied customers in the prepaid SIM-only category - shining a light on the amazing value our mobile plans continue to provide hundreds of thousands of Aussies.
What makes this win even more special is the fact Canstar's Blue Awards are based on direct feedback given to an independent research firm by customers.
In an incredibly busy and competitive industry, the awards help consumers identify mobile providers that have consistently offered the best prepaid SIM-only plans over the past 12 months taking into account important factors such as network coverage, ease of recharging, customer service, and value for money.
In addition to leading the way and scoring the full five stars for overall satisfaction, we received top marks for customer service, ease of recharge, sign up and activation, and billing #winning
