The Friendly Awards, run by the guys at the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), recognises Australia’s friendliest companies for customer service – and you guessed it, amaysim took out the top gong as Australia’s friendliest mobile service provider!

The awards are based solely on your experiences with us, and that’s why this is a huge buzz for the whole amaysim team. We’re always looking for ways to continuously improve in our delivery of quality customer service, and so this is a massive boost for the amaysim crew to win an award that shows we’re well and truly on the right track.

And that's not all...

If the Friendly Award wasn’t awesome enough, the latest Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) and Communications AllianceComplaints In Context Report shows that amaysim continues to lead the pack with the lowest complaints ratings in the telco industry (that’s 1.1 TIO complaints per 10, 000 customers in the Jul-September quarter).

With telco complaints across the whole industry also dropping during the period, this shows that now more than ever there’s a focus on delivering top-notch customer service, and we’re stoked that we’re frequently tapped on the shoulder as being amongst the best in the bunch.
