I have more than one amaysim service, how will I be billed?

Quick answer

To keep things simple, if there are multiple services on your account, we’ll send one bill each month that covers the usage for all numbers.

The bill will be sent on the same date each month and by default ten days after your bill has been issued, the required payment will be automatically charged to your selected payment method.

How will I be billed if there are multiple services on my account?

Important Note: We no longer offer Postpaid billing for new services. This means if you're a new customer, your chosen SIM plan will be Prepaid and you'll always pay for your chosen plan upfront.

The bill itself will breakdown the individual charges of each number so you’re able to differentiate the cost of each service.

I have multiple numbers, but they’re not on the same account

If you require help moving a number that’s already in your name onto one account, please contact us on Live Chat (or via email if out of hours) so we can arrange this for you.

If you need to transfer your amaysim service into the name of someone else, simply fill out and complete a Change of Ownership formwhich is located in the Personal details section of My amaysim.
