Following on from my last two blogs about the best sports and fitness apps out there for iPhones and Androids, this week I’ve caught up with Kristie, our resident yogi.

“I practice bikrim yoga regularly, however sometimes I can’t commit to the 1.5hr classes. The All-in YOGA: 300 Poses & Yoga Classes app allows me to do my yoga at home or when I’m away on holidays.

"I like how you can customise your routine by adding in the postures (whether you’re a beginner or guru). What’s more, it counts down each posture from 20 seconds (so there’s no short cuts).

"I would have liked to see video demonstrations or have an instructor taking me though each posture whilst going through my routine, but I’d have to upgrade the app and I’m a bit of a cheapskate. However, if you’re a beginner and you can muster up the $0.99 then I’d recommend you buy the full app. It’s the only way you can learn the postures properly...and safely.
