HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT ACCESS

HOW TO SET UP AUTO-RENEW

Managing auto-renew for your plan is super simple and can be done through the amaysim app or via My amaysim on any browser – desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile.

On the web

1. Log into My amaysim
Under ‘Your plan’, scroll down and select ‘Manage your plan’.

2. Select 'Change your payment method' at the bottom of the screen
Check, update or enter your new card details now.

3. Click the ‘Settings’ tab on the left of screen 
Under ‘Plan settings’ select 'Auto-renew’.

4. Choose your preferred ‘Authentication’
Hit ‘Send’ to authorise your account.

5. Turn auto-renew “on”
Simply swipe the toggle switch to the right.

On the app

1. Open the amaysim app
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Don't have the app yet? Download it now

2. Select 'Manage your plan' then 'Change your payment method'
Check, update or enter your new card details now

3. Click the ‘Settings’ icon top right of screen
Under ‘Plan settings’ select 'Auto-renew’.

4. Choose your preferred ‘Authentication’
Hit ‘Send’ to authorise your account.

5. Turn auto-renew “on”
Simply swipe the toggle switch to the right.

On the web

1. Log into My amaysim

WANT TO RENEW YOUR PLAN EARLY?

If you’re running low on data and want to restart your allowance, you can always renew your plan early. This can be done at any point during your current period.

NEED TO RESTART YOUR PLAN?

If you’re renewal has failed you’ll need to restart your plan ASAP. Follow the steps below or your service will be disrupted and you’ll be unable to make calls, send texts or use data on – or soon after – 29 May.

On the web

1. Log into My amaysim 
Select ‘Restart plan’. Note, if you press ‘Change your plan’ you’ll lose your bonus data.

2. Review your plan details 
Click ‘Restart your plan’.

3. Check your payment details are correct
Hit ‘Confirm & pay’.

4. Choose your preferred ‘Authentication’ 
Click ‘Send’ and your plan will be restarted.

5. Click the 'Settings' tab on the left of screen
Under 'Plan settings' select 'Auto-renew'.

6. Turn auto-renew "on"
Simply swipe the toggle switch to the right.

On the app
