HOW TO RECHARGE YOUR PLAN EARLY

If you’re ever running low on data and want to restart your allowance, you can always renew your plan early. This can be done at any point during your current period.

There are two easy ways to renew your plan early.

Renewing your plan early via My amaysim or the amaysim app

• Log in to My amaysim or the amaysim mobile app.
• Select ‘Manage your plan’.
• Select ‘Renew your plan’.
• Check your details are correct on the confirmation screen before proceeding.
• Select ‘Confirm and pay’ at the bottom of the screen.
• That’s it! The payment method on your account will be charged and your plan will be renewed.

Your new plan will begin immediately

As soon as payment has been successfully processed, your new plan will begin, and you’ll be able to enjoy access to all the features included within it.

Remember: If you renew your plan early, you’ll forfeit any existing data inclusions. So, it makes sense to only renew your plan early when you’re very close to running out of your mobile data allowance, or you’ve run out already.

Any existing promotions on your account will be applied to your early renewal

For example, if your next five plan renewals are set to include a particular discount, if you choose to renew early, it will count as one of those five renewals.
