How can I update my personal information?

To update your personal details, select Settings from the menu options of My amaysim. Head to the Personal details section and once there you’ll be able to update your email address, password and your address.

To update the payment details for your account, head to the Payment details section of My amaysim, which can be found in the Settings menu option. Once here, select your payment method from the options, then follow the prompts and update your payment method.
