  • Temperature Sensing: The temperature sensing feature is not intended for medical use. Temperature sensing is available only on Apple Watch Series 8 and later, Apple Watch SE 3 and all Apple Watch Ultra models.

  • Cycle Tracking: The Cycle Tracking app should not be used for birth control or to diagnose a health condition.

  • Water and Dust Resistance: Apple Watch SE 3 and Apple Watch Series 11 have a water resistance rating of 50 metres under ISO standard 22810:2010. This means that they may be used for shallow‑water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. Apple Watch SE 3 and Apple Watch Series 11 should not be used for scuba diving, waterskiing or other activities involving high‑velocity water. Apple Watch Ultra 3 has a water resistance rating of 100 metres under ISO standard 22810:2010 and may be used for high‑speed water sports and recreational scuba diving (with compatible third‑party app from the App Store) to 40 metres. It should not be used for diving below 40 metres. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and can diminish over time. For additional information, see support.apple.com/109522. Apple Watch Series 8, Series 9, Series 10 and Series 11 and Apple Watch Ultra, Ultra 2 and Ultra 3 are rated IP6X dust-resistant.

Frequently asked questions

In order to purchase a smart watch from the amaysim website, you will need to have an eligible amaysim mobile SIM plan. Eligible amaysim mobile SIM plans are $40 and above 28 day plans.

If you're a new amaysim mobile customer, you'll need to purchase an eligible plan with your smart watch.

If you're an existing amaysim mobile customer and you're already on an eligible plan, you don't need to purchase a new plan and you'll be able to purchase a smart watch after you log in to your amaysim account.

If you're an existing amaysim mobile customer but your current plan is not an eligible plan, you will need to upgrade your current plan to an eligible plan (or add a new eligible plan) before you can purchase a smart watch. This can be done after you've added the smart watch to your cart and logged in to your amaysim account.

Number Link lets you pair your mobile number with a compatible smart watch so you can leave your phone behind and still chat, track workouts and stream tunes over 4G. Enjoy next-level freedom with Number Link, included on selected plans ($40 and above 28 day mobile SIM plans).

If you have Number Link on your compatible smart watch, you will be able to share some of your existing mobile plan inclusions between your mobile phone and smart watch. However, a smart watch isn’t the same as a mobile phone and some functionality is not available.

Call quality may not be of the same standard as a mobile phone and may drop out in certain areas. The network is limited to 4G coverage only on your watch and coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Check 4G coverage at amaysim.com.au/about/coverage.

To use SMS, your phone has to be on and connected to the network or Wi-Fi. Number Link does not support international roaming, MMS or voicemail. Compatible smart watch payment app required for contactless payments.
