How do I pay for my amaysim home internet service?

Quick answer

All amaysim home internet plans are prepaid, meaning you'll always pay for your plan upfront.

Each month the payment of your home internet plan will be automatically charged to the Credit/Debit card that's linked to your account.

Your on going payment will be due monthly on the day following your initial activation date. For example, if your amaysim service was activated on the 6th, your plan will be charged on the 7th of each month.

If you need to update the payment details for your account, head to the Payment method tab of My amaysim.

Paying for your amaysim home internet plan

When signing up to amaysim, you’ll be asked to provide your Credit/Debit Card details in order to pay for the charge of your monthly plan.

Your first monthly plan payment will be deducted once your service has been activated.

What happens if my payment doesn't go through?

To manually re-submit a failed plan payment, click Make a payment once you've logged in to My amaysim and follow the prompts on screen.

Updating your payment details

If you need to update the payment details for your amaysim account, head to the Payment method tab of My amaysim. Once here click Change to follow the prompts and update your details.
