What should I do if my circumstances change?
If for whatever reason your circumstances were to change after completing your order, it’s important to inform us so your installation and service aren’t impacted later down the track.
This includes the following;
- Changing your address
- Re-scheduling your installation appointment
- Withdrawing your order
