We are conducting a series of customer feedback sessions to understand how you (our customers) choose to pay for your renewals. We also want to know how you deal with payment failures.

We are inviting a select group of participantsto have a 20 minute chat with us.

As a thank you, we are offering $25 gift card for your time.

  • Sessions will take place on the 14th and 15th of July. You can choose the date that works for you.
  • You can use your laptop, desktop or tablet for the chat. Sessions will take place online (various timings available during the day)
  • We will use a free software called Zoom for the chat. Don't worry, we'll help you setup
  • Each session will be a one to one and run for a maximum of 20 minutes.
  • We are offering $25 for your participation
  • If selected to participate, our research team will be in touch with next steps.
