From time to time it’s important to stop and smell the roses, and it’s always an awesome feeling to announce an award win.

What makes this one even sweeter, is it’s the third time over the past five years we’ve taken home the goods at Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards in the mobile service provider category - a wonderful achievement and a testament to our teams hard work and dedication in providing a best-in-class experience for our customers.

It’s also incredibly rewarding to win the award again when you consider the Roy Morgan awards are based on the results of surveys from over 50,000 Aussies, who rank their goods and services in areas of customer service and satisfaction, meaning the insights and recognition are from actual customers who interact with our brand on a regular basis.

On that note, a massive shout out to our customers who continually give us a vote of confidence through loyalty and support – we appreciate each and every one of you and are more determined than ever to continue delivering an amazing experience and set the benchmark for outstanding service.
