All the phones that we sell are brand new, they have never been used or repaired.

iPhone, Samsung and Pixel models are unlocked and can be used with any networks.

However, please note that phones from the following brands are initially locked to the Optus network:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

No, all the phones are sold with a SIM plan.

You can cancel, change or downgrade the SIM plan anytime through the amaysim mobile app. Be aware that you won't receive any partial or full refund.

Once your order is confirmed and goods are in stock, deliveries to metropolitan areas typically arrive in 1-5 business days, and deliveries to most regional areas typically arrive in 3-5 business days. If goods are not in stock, we will notify you at the time of processing your order with an estimated delivery time.

Yes, all new phones will receive a new physical SIM by default. This may not be needed if you have opted to setup your service using eSIM. Please check your emails for setup instructions.

Existing customers are able to purchase one device for their existing service every 12 months. Further to this, new and existing customers are limited to purchasing three iPhone bundle offers every 30 days using the same debit/credit account.
