What should I do if my payment has declined?
If you’ve received a message that your monthly payment has failed, it’s important to check your payment details are up to date and ready to be charged in order to avoid any disruptions with your service.
- If you need to update your payment details, log in to My amaysim and head to the Payment Method tab
- To manually re-submit a failed plan payment, click Make a payment once you've logged in to My amaysim and follow the prompts on screen.
