What do I need to do to take my service with me?

With no lock-in contracts or relocation fees, the process to bring your amaysim service to your new address is hassle free, however you’ll need to make sure your new address is ready to connect prior to contacting us about assisting you with the switch.

Once you've checked your new address is able to connect to amaysim, simply get in touch so we can organise for your service to be moved across to your new home.

How long will the relocation take?

The time it takes to install your new address will depend on a few things, including the technology used to service the address.

It’s also important to note that some installations require a technician to access your premise, so the installation will not be able to commence until you have the keys to your new property.

Can I use my existing amaysim service while the relocation is in progress?

Yes, you can continue use your existing amaysim service up until the service at your new home becomes active, after which the service at your old home will be disconnected.
