When will my modem be delivered?
Depending on your location and the time your order is placed, you should generally receive your modem within 2 business days of signing up. For those who live outside metro areas, the delivery may extend to 5 business days.
You'll need to sign for the delivery of your modem and once your modem has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email containing the tracking details of your order.
What happens if I miss my modem delivery?
If you're not home when the modem is delivered, we’ll leave the modem at your nearest Post Office and place a collection card in your letterbox. When you can, head over to the Post Office during opening hours with the collection card and some photo ID to collect your modem. Australia Post typically accepts passports or an Australian Driver's License as valid forms of ID.
I’ve just received my modem - how do I set it up?
To save you time, your NetComm modem will be sent out pre-configured, this means once your service has been activated, simply follow the instructions in the set up guide you receive with your modem in order to connect your service.
