We’re always looking for ways to bring our customers greater choice. That's why from 27 September 2018, we’ll be introducing a new set of UNLIMITED mobile plans that are packed with more data than ever before.

We’ll also be expanding our range of data-only plans, with plans now including up to 150GB of data/28 days.

New range of UNLIMITED plans

We’re always looking for ways to bring our customers greater choice when it comes to to finding the perfect mobile plan.

With data-usage amongst many Australians continuing to skyrocket, we knew exactly what move to play, and our UNLIMITED mobile plans now include more data than ever before.

Whether you're a mild data-holic who enjoys scrolling through Instagram stories on the way to work, or are someone who streams video content day and night, we've got the plan to match your needs.

What do the new plans look like?

From 27 September 2018, the following plans will be introduced:

If you’re an existing customer, you’re free to stay on your current plan with no change, or can switch to one of our new ones. It’s also worth noting you can change your plan at any point if your circumstances change later down the track - simple!

Expanded range of data-only plans

Whether it's streaming services such as Netflix, or communicating with loved ones overseas through social media, so many of the day to day things we do and love now require data.

To match the growing demand for data usage, we’ve expanded our range of data-only plans, with plans now including up to 150GB of data/28 days.

Updated data-only plan range
  • 2GB at $15/28 days
  • 5GB at $25/28 days
  • 20GB at $45/28 days
  • 50GB at $60/28 days
  • 100GB at $70/28 days
  • 150GB at $90/28 days

All our data plans are free from lock-in contracts, you’ll also be able to change your plan at no cost if you find your data habits change.

    I’m ready to switch to one of the new plans

    You can request to switch to one of the new UNLIMITED mobile, or data-only plans at any point,.

    • When moving to a plan with more inclusions (upgrading) before your current plan is due to renew, you’ll be charged the cost of your new plan and will be moved over immediately, so we recommend waiting until the end of your current plan’s expiry period
    • When requesting to move to a smaller plan with less inclusions (downgrading), you’ll will be switched to your new plan at the end of your current plan’s expiry period, and will not be charged until this date

    If you’re ready to make the change, simply choose one of the following options:

    • Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen in the amaysim app, click Manage your plan and select change your plan;
    • Log in to My amaysim, head to Manage plan and select your new plan; or
    • Text the shortcut of the plan you want to add to 568
