I'm having trouble logging in to my account
If you're having trouble logging into your amaysim account, you may need to reset your password. This can be done by clicking Forgot your password on the My amaysim login screen, or when you open the amaysim app.
Simply enter your amaysim mobile number, or the email address that's linked to your amaysim account and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. The email will be sent to the email address linked to your amaysim account.
If you’re unsure what your amaysim mobile number is, simply check any prior emails amaysim have sent you, as your number will be listed in those emails. If you still can’t remember your number, please contact us on Live Chat (or via email if out of hours) so we can help you out.
If you’ve incorrectly entered your password multiple times in succession, you'll be locked out of your account for one hour and during this time you won't be able to log in to My amaysim or the app - after the one hour lock out time has passed, you can re-attempt logging in.
