Can I switch my account between Prepaid & Postpaid?
You're welcome to pay for your amaysim service with either option and have the ability to switch between Prepaid and Postpaid or vice versa. There are no fees to make the switch, however we would recommend familiarising yourself with the ins and outs of each option prior to requesting a change.

How can I check which option I am currently using?
Checking your billing option is easy, simply head to the Payment method section of My amaysim and your current billing option will be displayed at the top of the screen.
