How can I cancel my energy account?

Quick answer

If you're new to amaysim and want to disconnect from your old energy retailer, amaysim will take care of this after you’ve signed up. This means you won’t need to reach out to your existing energy provider to cancel your service.

You’ll receive a final bill from your previous provider that covers the period up until your home is connected with us.

If everything checks out, once you finalise the bill, you shouldn’t need to deal with them again!

If you’re looking to part ways with amaysim (we’ll be sad to see you go), simply get in touch and we’ll ensure your account is correctly disconnected. We'll also let you know how you'll be billed for your final usage period.
