HOW DO I TRANSFER MY NUMBER TO AMAYSIM?

Transferring your number to amaysim is a straightforward process that can be completed all online. Simply let us know the details of your existing number when signing up and we'll take care of the rest.

Once you've received your SIM, simply log in to My amaysim with your amaysim number and password and click Get Started to begin the transfer process.

In order to protect our customers from unauthorised ports, an additional identity verification process is used to verify the identity of the person making a porting request, prior to the mobile service number being ported. You'll need to authorise the number transfer by entering a six-digit code which will be sent to your number via SMS.

Please keep your phone handy and leave your original SIM in your phone, as the transfer will only kick-off after the code has been successfully verified.

Most transfers are completed within a few hours, or by the end of the following business day. During the transfer, you can continue to use your current provider's SIM.

Please remember to keep your number active with your existing provider until the transfer has been completed.
