We’ve taken top honours at the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards in the mobile service provider category for the second year running.

The customer service and web teams slog it out every day to make our DIY and assisted support as easy to use and helpful as possible, so this award is really for them. It’s a testament to their tireless efforts to help all of our customers, old and new.

We know we don’t always get it right, but it’s inspiring to win such an award that shows we’re well and truly on the right track. When you consider that the Roy Morgan awards are based on the results of surveys with over 50,000 Aussies across a range of areas of customer satisfaction, it’s easy to see that this truly is the people’s choice award.

So on that note, massive thanks to all of our customers who continually give us a vote of confidence through loyalty and support.
