The amaysim customer service team here deserves a massive round of applause.
I'm feeling like a proud coach telling everyone about his great team that has just won the finals.
This might sound strange, but the reason I’m feeling like this is that last night amaysim took out the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for 2013 in the mobile services category, beating out every other mobile service provider in Australia (yep, even the big boys).
These awards are given out based on the results of surveys of over 50,000 Aussies, who rank their goods and services suppliers in areas of customer service and satisfaction.
To me this means one thing – while we’ll always have our ups and downs, our tight-knit customer service tribe is overall really sticking to its guns and winning with its focus on good old-fashioned customer service, even as we increasingly deliver it with an online and app-driven twist.
This news comes hot on the heels of a Telsyte report that put us at the head of the telco pack - again as ranked by customers - in areas such as pricing, plan simplicity and customer support. I might even be bold enough to say we’re teaching the old guard a thing or two while we’re at it.
The amaysim customer service team here deserves a massive round of applause … and we’ll also be shouting the whole team pizza for lunch today. It’s the least we can do to recognise such continued excellent results and effort, even as the half a million Aussies who have joined the amaysim family grows daily. Even so, we won’t rest on these awards, but continue to work hard everyday to deliver on our promises and constantly strive to change things for the better where we can.
