I’m thrilled to be able to announce that we’ve just taken out two Canstar Blue awards for mobile customer satisfaction.
So, the two awards we’ve won are:
- Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers Award – Prepaid Mobile Services (which we also took out last year)
- Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers Award – Mobile Phone Plan Providers
How the awards are won
An independent body surveys Aussie mobile users and asks for rankings on a range of areas. Our customers (lots of you who are reading this!) gave us five stars in customer service, value for money, accessibility, billing and overall customer satisfaction.
This is a huge buzz for the whole amaysim team here. While we’re always trying to crack ways to make our customer service simpler, easier to access and easier to control using our website and apps, it’s a massive boost for the amaysim crew to hear that what we’re doing is going at least partway to making one aspect of people’s lives easier.
We’ll be giving these awards pride of place in the trophy cabinet and, while we might have a quick toast over a glass of red cordial, we’ll be working even harder to make sure we live up to these awards for the rest of the year.
