Are social networking sites free on AS YOU GO?
Yes, free unlimited mobile access to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, eBay and Foursquare are included on amaysim AS YOU GO when used in Australia. Embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos in Facebook) such as videos and links to external content are not free and will be charged at the standard rate for data.

How do I pay for AS YOU GO?
You can pay for AS YOU GO with recharge vouchers, credit card, direct debit or BPAY. You can recharge with vouchers by calling 555, SMS to 568 or via my amaysim. Read more about our recharging options plus instructions on how to recharge

How long before my mobile service is cancelled if I don’t use it?
Your credit expires after 90 days from the day it was applied. If there is no usage (chargeable call, SMS or data) a further 90 days from the expiry date of the credit period your service will be cancelled and you will need a new number and SIM.

If I am a Post-paid customer with AS YOU GO when do I receive a bill?
After the activation your Post-paid service you will be billed for usage at the end of each respective billing period. If your bill is under $10, we will not invoice you until your total usage charges are above $10 or 3 months have passed.

What happens if I don’t use my Post-paid AS YOU GO service?
We assume that you no longer want to use the service if you have not generated any usage (chargeable call, SMS or data) for more than 90 days. Normally the service will be cancelled automatically however to prevent this automatic cancellation you may choose to pay the mobile number Maintenance Fee (called the ‘MSN Maintenance Option’).

Can I use my amaysim SIM card in an iPhone or iPad?
Our standard SIM packs come with new generation SIM and micro-SIM. Perfect for iPhones (up to iPhone 4S) and iPAds (up to iPad 3). If you require a nano-SIM for iPhone 5 or the iPad mini, you can select this when your order your SIM online.

Can I have more than 1 Data Pack per 30 days?
No, but we can do better than that. If you find that you need more data part way through your 30 days, you can upgrade to a higher Data Pack. Any unused data will be added to your new Data Pack and your 30-day period will start again.
