Hi, welcome to "How to insert your SIM."

Before we begin, it's important to note, I can't explain how to insert your SIM into every different handset, there's just too many.

But I can explain the method for two main phones - Removable Battery and iPhone 4.

Step 1, with inserting any SIM, is make sure your phone is off.

Step 2 is to remove the correct SIM. Punch out the larger SIM - used in most handsets. Or remove the micro SIM if you've got a newer smartphone or tablet device. It's important you choose the right one because, if you remove the micro SIM first, the larger SIM will no longer work. So be careful!

If you have a phone with a Removable Battery like this one, you'll usually need to remove the battery at the back of the phone. You should clearly see the SIM card tray. It should have a small symbol showing which way to insert your SIM card. To double-check, make sure the contactors on your phone touch the metal on your SIM card. Put your battery back in, turn on your phone and you're ready to go.

If you have an iPhone 3 use a paperclip or your SIM eject tool to poke into the hole on the SIM tray on the top of your iPhone. Press firmly and push the tool straight in until the tray pops out. Simply load your amaysim SIM card into the tray and push it back in. Then simply turn your phone on.

Instead, if you have an iPhone 4 you'll find the SIM tray on the right side. Use the same technique to pop-out the tray and insert your micro SIM. And don't forget to turn your phone on.
